Returns are only acceptable in case of manufacturing defect in the product. If you have received a damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order number. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a credit note will be issued. The credit note will be valid for 30 days.

Exchange We do not provide any refunds/returns on any product. However the products can be exchanged for a bigger or a smaller size provided the product is in stock. (Not applicable on sale products) Please write to us at info@bharatselo.in within 2 days of delivery of the product for exchange. 1. Exchange can be done within 7 days from the date of delivery 2. Products should be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, and in proper packaging to be eligible for exchange. 3. Please mention your name, address, number, and order id on the parcel along with the size needed. 4. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order. 5. In case of exchange, customer is eligible to get a product , equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping cost of to & fro. 6.The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you. 7.Exchanges will be dispatched only after the previous order is received to us.
